At the end of the premiere of Wanted Woman at the Casa da Comédia, the director and the playwright went on stage to receive and return the applause.

According to various witnesses, Almada Negreiros attended every performance of his play with the same enthusiasm.

His text became a spectacle, his words took on body and voice: Wanted Woman was finally on stage.
