In the speech of the character Mulher, censorship cuts out the reference to a state body, even though there are no references to specific names or positions.
In an interview with Fernanda Lapa (which you can read in full here on the sidebar), the actress recalls one of the first rehearsals for Wanted Woman, when the director, Fernando Amado, told her to cross out some passages - most likely those that had been cut by the censors. He remembers one of the cuts:
I remember a passage in which Céu Guerra, who played the character Woman, said to Vampa (who was me), something like this: "The one who lived with the one from the Ministry..." Cut! And the word "Ministry" was cut. (Laughs)
