In June 1935, the sixth instalment of Wanted Woman appeared in the magazine presença, substantially different from the one that would later be published in 1959.  

It was, however, the first time that Almada had published an extract from his play. It should be noted that both Sudoeste and presença mention the inclusion of a prologue, which was not included in the final version in 1959.
