Chalice of my communion
|With the soul of moonbeams|
Communion‑bond of union
Between me and my dreams
In thy wine wine’s {…} ghost
To lips that {…} dowers,
|Where I have[1] dipped the host
Of my diviner self[2].|
My vain eyes search the mist-†.
My sad soul happy sings.
O {…} Eucharists!
I feel an angel’s wings…
I feel me God's abode,
A child again, without life's load,
Remembering how I found me
When I awoke from God
And found the world around me.
[43v]
My lips are as lips kissed {…}
[1] Where I have /My soul has\
[2] self /hours\
