Nymphs in nude sleep in bowers which must be scented
By adorns deeper than the human soul
Unto whose fragrance is a music blended .N.
That strange and sad the spirit doth control.

A life chain-lock’d with Beauty’s power
The tranquil prisoner in her own beauty’s cave
She fills {…} the |careless| blessing of an hour
Like children that will play upon a grave.

Remark the heaving of her tumid breast
Full with the mystic swell of maidenhood
Remark how her breath betrays her soul’s unrest
That with sweet ignorance of[1] love’s ways doth hood.

The dreams and sweeten in that bower secluded
The tender zephyr sends a vague caress
